If you are interested in registering your child at Jelli Tots Nursery, please fill in the registration form below. You can  email it to jellitotsnursery@btconnect.com or return in to Jelli Tots Nursery, Christchurch Hall, Christchurch Avenue, NW6 7BJ. A £100 deposit is required to secure your private space (bank details are provided on the form).
